Let me tell you
my tantric love story

Hi there,

My name's Kiya, and I'd love to tell you my tantric love story! It's kind of wild and it all started way back when I was 21 years old, and I stumbled by accident upon something that would change my life forever.

One night, my beloved lay asleep beside me, but I was wide awake. I was feeling a love for her so vast I didn't know what to do with it!

I heard an inner voice whisper: 'Just give her your love.'

So I did… I breathed love into her, sending wave after wave into her, through intention… through thinking it and willing it.

To my surprise, she woke up, feeling the energy I was sharing.

That night, we spent hours bathing in this new kind of love and intimacy, that we called 'energy sending'.

We discovered a way of connecting that neither of us had ever been taught.

Some weeks later, we tracked down a book by Best-Selling Tantric author Margot Anand and read it cover to cover. That book helped us realise we'd spontaneously discovered tantra… no lessons, nothing to guide us there – it just emerged out of the love between us.

Pretty crazy right?

Fast forward to my early 30's, I trained and started teaching ecstatic dance, then rebirthing breathwork and then deepened into Tantra as part of my own journey of healing the split between sex and spirit.

I went from feeling frozen around the women I was attracted to, to gaining more ease in just being me.

I started to have amazing next-level tantric relationships with incredible women, and together we discovered how to ride the waves of bliss that feel eternal.

Multi-orgasmic states are for everyone after all, not just for women!

But the story isn't over yet…

One day, in a garden in Bali in 2020, I was electrocuted by a faulty power cable. 220 volts surged through my body – I could have died, but somehow I managed to get out just in time, my entire system altered.

Some months after this life-changing moment, I felt an undeniable call to Egyptian teachings. I went back into exploring an Ankh Breathwork practice I'd learnt some years before.

I dug out some Egyptian chants and sang to Goddess Isis, but I never expected her to SHOW UP right in front of me!

And yet there she was in my inner vision, a golden goddess beaming so much light and love…

Every week, we meet live online for 3 hours – Thursdays at 8 pm EST · 5 pm PST.

Between classes, you'll receive sacred homework – guided audios, videos and rituals – to anchor each key into your daily life.

Then in Month 4, we step into our 14 hour Ankh Healing training, learning how to offer this Egyptian equivalent to Reiki to others, AND initiate them into Ankh Breathwork.

Week 1

Goddess IsisThe Secret Key of Ankh Breathing

This key clears the feeling that you 'can't feel energy' – and opens an activating daily practice you can feel moving through you.

Within this first class, we prepare ourselves for the journey ahead, working with Pyramid Power to create a potent and safe container – a Temple Space – within which we will explore the Egyptian Tantric Secrets.

We then go into working with the Ankh as a Solo Practice, using different breath movement, sound, and visualisation techniques to activate it more powerfully.

Ankh Breathwork is a foundational practice we will return to throughout our journey together, and one of the Secret Keys of Egyptian Tantra. It is powerful!

Week 2

Isis & OsirisThe Secret Key of Ankh Couples Practice

This key clears the sense of feeling cut off from others – and opens the flow of shared energy with a beloved, a friend or your energy body.

Today we explore the Ankh as a partnered practice – with friends, beloveds, or anyone you feel open to share energy with.

For those who don't have someone to join them, you can also do this shared practice with your 'Ka energy body double' – sometimes called the energetic twin. Connecting with your Ka energy body is super powerful!

So we will use Ankh Breathwork to support energy to flow through us – and to share this with another, on the human or the energetic planes.

Once you have mastered these Ankh practices you can integrate them into your lovemaking in the bedroom for next-level sacred union. We will go deeper into that later in the training.

Week 3

HorusThe Secret Key of Egyptian Trance Postures

This key clears a busy, restless mind that keeps you on the surface – and opens the doorway into trance and higher states.

Trance Postures are known to many as Egyptian or Kemetic Yoga. In Ancient Egypt it was known as 'Smai Tawi' which translates as 'the unification of the two lands,' which refers symbolically to the unification of the human self with the higher self.

When we approach these as 'trance postures', they can carry us even deeper. Trance is a state of deep focus, in which we are shifting into higher states of consciousness. To enter trance we hold the postures for longer than a usual yoga class, combine them with trance-inducing music, and breath techniques to enter expanded states of consciousness. We also connect with the different deities associated with the different postures.

Come ready to enter and embody the trance postures of the Neteru – the gods and goddesses – to receive their teachings from within – from the direct experience.

Week 4

SekhmetThe Secret Key of Egyptian Trance Dance

This key melts open frozen life-force – and opens you to move, sweat and rise with the energy.

Now we take our Egyptian Trance Postures and begin to dance and move with them. We dance as Isis with her golden wings, or move as Osiris into the underworld. We discover the movements hidden in Hathor's birthing postures and dance until we enter the Eye of Horus (the third eye).

We will sweat, activate the life-force of the body, awaken sexual life-force, and allow it to rise, guided by Sekhmet – the lioness goddess of fire purification. As we dance, we awaken our energy centres one by one, starting from the root, rising through the sex, the solar, and into the heart. From the heart we keep rising into the throat, the third eye and the crown.

Week 5

MagdaleneThe Secret Key of Heart Breathing

This key clears old emotional pain stored in the heart, from childhood or even past lives – opening you to more love and heart connection with yourself and others.

Join us to explore Heart Breathing – in which we breathe and melt deep into the heart – utilising a powerful form of circular breathing.

In this session we work with a more feminine approach of circular breathing inspired by Mary Magdalene, which helps to open the emotional field without force – to help clear and release anything that might need to be let go of.

Heart Breathing is a 'spiritual power tool' which expands consciousness so you can see how challenges in life connect back to past traumas – most commonly carrying us back to childhood. As you keep breathing, you journey back to past experiences or memories… some may even re-experience past lives. Once felt, challenging or traumatic experiences can transform and be released, or re-integrated from a higher perspective of soul-level understanding.

Week 6

OsirisThe Secret Key of the Djed

This key clears blockages held along the spine that suppress energy – and opens the Chakra Loop for whole-body energy circulation.

Osiris is synonymous with the afterlife, and is deeply connected to the Djed – a symbol that represents the spine, resurrection, and sacred power. But how can we raise energy through the spine if we carry a lifetime of trauma or blockage?

For this next initiation, we will clear the blockages that can often be held along the spine, using a combination of breathwork and conscious touch we support the body to open to more energy flow, and clear any residue that might hold us back from greater sensitivity.

Working energy centre by energy centre, we initiate the body into the remembrance of the Ka Energy Body Loop, also known as the Chakra Loop – an energetic pathway in the body that enables us to tap into a perpetual stream of energy that rises up the spine and down the front of the body.

Once the Chakra loop is open, you can start running more energy through your Ka energy body, as you prepare the body to enter into whole body orgasmic states.

Week 7

SekhmetThe Secret Key of Serpent Alchemy

This key clears the fear of your own power and life-force – and supports Sekhem to rise freely through the chakras.

If you were brought up in a Christian country, you may think of the snake as something to be wary of – a story that goes right the way back to the Garden of Eden. Yet Asian and Egyptian spiritual teachings have a totally different view of the serpent. For them, the serpent is a symbol of power, and represents a quality of life-force that can move powerfully through the body.

For this next initiation we learn how to Awaken our Serpents, weaving and raising them through the chakras to activate powerful energy known in Egypt as Sekhem. Sekhem is pure life-force energy (known in India as Kundalini). In Egypt this energy is presided over by Sekhmet, the fiery lioness goddess of protection. Like Kali from the Hindu tradition she is powerful and ready to chop heads (removing ego/mind) so as to support the highest evolution of your soul.

Week 8

BastetThe Secret Key of Sensual Awakening

This key clears numbness to touch and pleasure – and opens clear, sensual presence in your whole body.

Bastet is the sacred cat, the feline protector of the home, who revels in luxury and sensual pleasure… think of how cats love to receive touch and affection.

Today we call upon Bastet to help guide us into sensual connection with our body, utilising a combination of deep breath, conscious touch, and sensorial awakening. As we connect with our body, we move gradually from our hearts towards our sexual centre, to connect with and awaken our primal life-force energy.

This is an essential piece for anyone who wants to go deeper into tantric connection. This can run incredibly deep for some… it may bring up the Sex is a Sin conditioning so many of us received from parents, school, church or society.

For those that don't believe they have any sexual issues, but who rely on the use of drink or drugs to open you – there is definitely deeper healing work to be done here – to help you meet your sexuality in a clear space, free of reliance upon any substances.

Week 9

HathorThe Secret Key of Tantric Healing

This key clears deep tension held in the belly and pelvis – and opens a clear pathway between heart, belly and sex.

This week we deepen into Tantric Healing by working with tantric touch combined with sound. This can help release deep blockages in the body and mind. You might go on this tantric healing journey on your own, or with a partner or close friend. We'll work with touch and sound to activate sexual energy.

NOTE: for those who are not couples, there does not need to be any direct sexual contact during this session. However, you will bring touch to their belly and pelvis, provided they're open to this.

For those who are couples, this session can include direct connection to the sex centre, but only once the pathway between the heart, belly and sex centre has been consciously opened.

Week 10

Magdalene and YeshuaThe Secret Key of the Grail

This key clears the 'sex is a sin' teaching and the virgin-whore split – and opens the body as a holy temple that includes every part of you.

This week Mary Magdalene will guide us for the experiential part of the journey, sharing words, teachings, and a potent initiation into working with the Holy Grail, as a container for alchemical Holy Union practice. This weaves together all she learnt as an Isis priestess, together with all she shared with Yeshua.

Through this purification rite working with the Holy Grail we continue to clear the energy pathways in the body, rewriting the distorted 'sex is a sin' teaching so many of us grew up with. Magdalene can help us rewire our bodies, realigning them as holy temples, holy beacons able to open through orgasm into incredible states of en-light-en-ment.

In doing so we become beacons, broadcasting the Wild Holy Lovers transmission the world so desperately needs – to counteract the distortions of pornography, the over-sexualised media, and the virgin-whore dichotomy so many of us were brought up with.

Week 11

Hathor & HorusThe Secret Key of High Tantra for Couples

This key clears lovemaking patterns that have become routine and one-dimensional – and opens the expanded dimensions of High Tantra that connect to all parts of you.

Today we explore how Egyptian High Tantra can be blended into your lovemaking, drawing on advanced Ankh circulation practices, and learning the tube torus pathways as part of our energy circulation understanding.

We will immerse into a powerful tantric couples practice – using breath and sound to ride our way through the chakras, and then entering the Ankh loops to continue circulating and building the energy.

If you are in a relationship you are invited to bring your partner if they are open to trying this with you. If you are not, you can invite a friend, and together with them learn to activate powerful energetic states.

For those unable to invite someone along, there are Ka 'energy body double' variations you can work with so you can still have a deep experience.

Week 12

ThothThe Secret Key of the Akashic Records

This key clears self-doubt about your inner guidance – and opens a direct line to higher wisdom and insight.

As we reach the final week of our 12 weekly initiations, we shift focus towards higher wisdom. Now you have learnt so many ways to access higher states, it is time to go one step further, and learn to connect to the Akashic Records – the libraries of wisdom that dwell on higher planes of consciousness.

Connecting with Tehuti (Thoth), known to many as The God of Writing, we will go on a journey with him to enter the Akashic Records. There you can access books of wisdom, or connect directly with guides and teachers to support you on your path.

Everyone is born with the divine birth-right to access higher guidance, and the wisdom of the Akashic Records. Come discover how to do this, to support you into a greater empowerment as a seeker who can access great wisdom to support your evolutionary growth.

Ankh Healing – learn the energy healing secrets of Ancient Egypt

After 12 weeks of anchoring The Egyptian Tantric Secrets into your life, you step into a fourth month. This one is about turning what you've felt and experienced into something you can share with other people, be that friends, beloveds or clients. We gather live across two weekends for our Ankh Healing Practitioner training (4 x 3.5 hours), a deepening into some of the healing arts of Egyptian Tantra.

What is Ankh Healing?

Ankh Healing is the ancient Egyptian equivalent of Reiki. It's a sacred system of energy healing, rooted in the temples of Egypt, that works with life-force energy.

The Egyptian symbol of the Ankh translates as 'life' or 'the breath of life'. It is an energy pathway that maps onto the body, and a path that can be activated using breathwork techniques.

In this training, you'll awaken the Ankh in the palms of your hands through a powerful initiation. From there, you'll learn to channel life-force energy through your hands.

You'll begin by working with it on yourself. You'll connect with Goddess Isis and Ra, activate your lunar and solar energy currents, balance your chakras and nervous system, and work to light up your Ka.

Then you'll learn to offer this energy healing modality to others – friends, beloveds or paying 1-2-1 clients.

You'll also learn how to share the Ankh Breathwork Initiation with others, gifting you with a lifelong initiation you can share with others, and that they can continue to work with through their life. As the foundational practice of Egyptian Tantra this is a powerful initiatory key that you will be certified to share.

This is the month where you stop being someone who has felt the work, and become someone who can share it tangibly and powerfully with others.

We meet live online once a week for 3 hours – every Thursday at 8 pm EST · 5 pm PST – for 12 weeks from 22 January 2027. Month 4 then gathers across two live weekends of Ankh Healing training (4 x 3.5 hours). Same start time.

In each 3-hour session we open by creating Temple Space together. Then I share the teachings for the week, giving some context for the initiation. The heart of each session is the initiation itself – a guided practice that may include a combination of breathwork, movement, sound or touch – followed by time to share, integrate and ask questions.

I'm based in the UK or Europe – can I still join?

At the moment, this training is timed for the US, Canada and Asia, through to Australia. Unfortunately that means the live classes fall in the middle of the night for the UK and Europe. You have two options.

You're welcome to join us live if you can get up at that late hour. Alternatively, you can watch the replays of the classes – and once a month we will hold a UK and Europe timed class or drop-in session, so you still get a chance to be live with me.

At some point in the future we will run this training specifically for UK and Europe time, but we're not yet sure when that will be. Whenever it happens, you will get access to that full live training. That way you'll get a double dose! Unsure whether the timing could work for you? Message me on WhatsApp or Instagram.

I'm new to tantra or spiritual trainings – is this for me?

Even if you're new to tantra, these teachings are designed to guide you step-by-step, from foundational practices to more advanced initiations. If you already have tantric experience, this training will show you new tools to carry you deeper.

If you have some experience with anything from meditation to yoga, ecstatic dance to healing, this training is perfect for you. If you are totally new to spirituality, as long as you are open to trying something new, this training can still be powerful – and perhaps even life-changing. Those with less experience can have some of the biggest transformations from a journey such as this.

Is this course better for singles or couples – and what if my partner isn't interested?

Both! This training is equally powerful for individuals or couples – it will share with you tools, techniques and practices to support you to deepen, connect (with yourself or with your partner), and explore higher states of intimacy and sacred connection.

If your partner isn't interested, you can still join. Many people begin this journey on their own, and every practice has a solo variation. As you open, your relationships often shift naturally too – and you can share what you learn with your partner when (and if) they feel ready.

What if I can't attend the live sessions or make all the dates?

All sessions will be recorded and available for replay. You'll have lifetime access to all course materials, so you can revisit the teachings anytime. That said, if you can join us live, come – this is going to be powerful!

We recommend staying 'in sync' with the training if you can, watching each week so you're still on the journey with us. Ideally, watch each class from start to finish (rather than watching bits at a time) – then it can be just as powerful as joining live. The key is making the commitment to say YES to the journey as fully as possible.

What results can I expect – and how much homework is there?

By the end of the course, you can expect: a deeper connection to your body, to spiritual practice and to your connection to the divine. You'll be experiencing greater intimacy and soul connection in your beloved relationships; an understanding of how to enter higher states using a range of different techniques; and a sense of liberation from old conditioning around the Sex is a Sin story.

To get the most out of this journey, we recommend you do the tantric homework we share in-between the live initiations. These are designed to deepen your integration of Tantra into daily life. The more time you dedicate to this journey, the greater the transformation you will have.

Is this a theoretical or experiential course?

You'll receive teachings on Egyptian Tantra that give you the context and conceptual understanding, but the bigger focus is on direct experience – learning how to feel and expand the energy, embody the practices, and integrate them into your life.

Can I use this training as a space for therapy and healing?

Yes. You are stepping into a strong group healing field in which a lot can be processed and released, and all of you – including your emotions – is welcome in this space. If you think you might need additional one-to-one support, reach out on WhatsApp or Instagram and discuss with Kiya or the Mystika team.

If this is a Tantra training, is there lots of focus on sex?

We will embrace sexual energy in different ways – however, all practices will be taught with clothes on, no nudity is needed for these teachings.

For those in relationship, we will show you how to bring in the more sexual aspects of this training into your bedroom outside of class time. If you are single, there are solo variations for everything we explore.

I have experienced sexual trauma – is this training for me?

This training can be a powerful support for your sexual healing, provided that you have the tools and understanding to hold any emotions and memories that may arise. If you have experienced major sexual trauma, please consider whether you have enough additional support outside of the training – reach out on WhatsApp or Instagram if you'd like to discuss this as we can make recommendations if you need them.

I'm not into process work – is this course for me?

Within this training, healing and emotional processing are an integral part of the journey. As they say: 'You cannot be multi-orgasmic without first becoming multi-emotional'… as a result, emotions and processing are a key part of the tantric journey. What is an initiation anyway? And is it safe?

Within initiations you are guided step-by-step through a process of activating your body's energy. Through breath, sound, movement or meditation techniques you heighten your sensitivity to your energy body (your Ka). It is powerful and it can be life-changing – it helps you feel and experience more of life and more aliveness in your body! After the initiations, you might need some integration time before doing other things. Block that time off if you can. If you have any concerns, message me on WhatsApp or Instagram before you decide.

I don't know if I trust Egyptian teachings – some say they're dark and should be avoided.

At times certain people (including some secret societies) have taken Egyptian teachings and used them for selfish or destructive ends. This to me is where there was a distortion within the original teachings which took the teachings down a dark path.

Separate to that is the Egyptian Lineage of Light, within which we focus on learning the pure stream of the ancient mysteries so as to be in service to the world. When we are healing ourselves – this is done on behalf of the collective, and in support of the healing of our family lineage – so we are contributing to the betterment of the global society. This includes healing on behalf of those living, those who came before us, and for the future generations. Happy to talk this through – message me on WhatsApp or Instagram.

I don't really feel energy – is it worth me doing this training?

Yes, because these initiations can fast-track you so you start feeling energy. We all open to energy sensitivity at different speeds, and I know many people who have been 'upgraded' by these initiations in ways that were life-changing. Can I ask some questions before I sign up – or during the training?

Yes! Before you sign up, you're welcome to reach out on WhatsApp or through Instagram DM – I'll respond as soon as I can.

During the training, you can ask me live in class (so long as we're not in the middle of an initiation or meditation). You can also reach out on WhatsApp or through Instagram DM in between sessions.

Will I need to be on camera?

Having your camera on helps the group feel connected, but it's never required. You're welcome to keep it off whenever you need to – especially during the more personal practices.

What if I join and it's not for me?

You're held by our 14-day refund. If, within 14 days of our start date on 22 January 2027, you feel this isn't the right path for you, just message us and we'll refund you – no awkward questions.

How is this different from the book or the Foundation Initiations?

The book gives you the teachings, and the Foundation Initiations training gave you a self-paced foundational ground to stand on. Whether you journeyed through the Foundation Initiation course or not, everyone is welcome into The Egyptian Tantric Secrets: Golden Keys Initiation. This is where we take the next step deeper – as you're initiated live – through 12 powerful weeks with me and the group, plus the Ankh Healing month. It's not just a little step deeper, it's like a quantum leap into a whole new ocean of possibilities!

How does Month 4 work – and how do I get certified?

Month 4 is held live across two weekends of training (4 x 3.5 hours). To receive your two certificates – Ankh Healing Practitioner and Ankh Breathwork Guide – you'll complete some coursework and share a demo class for assessment.
